Renowned archaeologist and author, is the President of the The American University of Rome and Professor of Archaeology at the University of East Anglia (UEA) UK; and was formerly the Williams Director of the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology USA. The latest of his many books is “Travels with an Archaeologist: Finding a Sense of Place”.
